Sri Venkateswara College B.Com Fees Structure 2026 & Admission Process, New Delhi

I am enrolled in B.Com (Hons.) and it is one of the most popular courses in DU. Well you need to score at least 700+ if you are from general category and other categories can expect 650+ in CUET. There is huge demand for this course hence the crowd is pretty much high here. There are 2 sections of 100+ students in each. There are a lot more opportunities for commerce students like societies, internships, research etc. But if you're pursuing any professional course sometimes it can get pretty hectic as you have to maintain 66.6% attendance requirement.

The fee is pretty affordable compared to the private Universities. For my course, it is around Rs. 23,000/- per year and Rs. 1000/- exam fees for each semester. But if are from low middle class family, you can get scholarship (the student need to submit the required documents). The fee structure also depends on the category of the student. I chose B.Com (Hons.) as it is a mix of both theoretical and practical knowledge. It provides job opportunities in Law, Finance, Accountancy, Business, etc. In my College, cut off of last year was about 764 / 800. Admission is through CSAS portal. Process is easy. Regular class tests are conducted. There are two semester exams in a year. Academics are fine. PPT making and public speaking are a few things held in the College for the students, which makes us an expert.

The course chosen by me is B.Com (Hons.). It’s a great course and I would recommend all students with Commerce background to apply for it. It is a vast course which will teach you everything right from Management to Finance. All the semesters have something new and valuable as well. It will also help in pursuing professional courses like CA, CS, and CFA with much more ease. The exams occur twice every year. The academics at SVC New Delhi are extremely well planned. They equip you with practical training to take up future challenges easily. Entry requirements include giving the CUET examination with the required subjects and enrolling as per the cutoff.

Fee of my course is around Rs. 20,500/-. Scholarships may be provided to children with schemes like PMSSS students are provided scholarships for around Rs. 60,000/- to Rs. 70,000/-, and financial aids are also available to students with disabilities.Read Full Review
