I have opted for Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) as it will help in my career development in the field of commerce and opens doors to commerce and management world after this undergraduate course. Most of the students in Delhi University opt for this program. Doing this course from Shri ram College of Commerce is really worth it as we know this college is famous for commerce related courses. Students can take admission in any undergraduate program by giving Central University entrance test conducted by National Test Agency (NTA) and by successfully achieving the required cut off marks for this college. You can be eligible to give this test after completing your 12th class board exams but sometimes we have to apply for the test even before completion of all the board exams. The students who are waiting for their 12th class results can also apply for this test, but at the time of admission they would have to submit their result before the admission committee/ university. So SRCC offers only two courses at undergraduate level i.e. Bachelor of Commerce Hons. and Bachelor of Economic Hons. The only way for Indian students to get admission in SRCC is through Common University Entrance Test or CUET. If you have maths in your 12th grade then only you can apply for Economics Honours but for Commerce Hons. you can have either maths or accountancy as a subject in class 12. If you have the citizenship of country other than India than you don't have to give CUET, you can take admission directly through your 12th grade and for that cut-off percentage is very low. If you have more than 85% you can get admission in SRCC. Economics honours cutoff is higher than commerce honours. For Economics Honours cut-off is around 782 and for Commerce Hons. around 775 out of 800 in CUET.Read Full Review

My course B.Com Honours is a generalised course on the basics covering many topics about commerce. It is considered one of the best courses that can be studied in Delhi University, and doing it from SRCC is no less than a cherry on the cake. After the introduction of CUET(Common University entrance exam), there is no barrier of marks of the 12th class, Now students with even 70-80 per cent marks can enter the college provided they scored good marks in the entrance exam, earlier the cut-off was around 99 per cent every year. Getting admission in this course makes you somehow job-ready to some extent but rather opens up your scope to enter different fields largely.
