I am a third year student at Presidency University Kolkata. With the experience of all these three years, I can vouch that it’s an overall surreal experience here. The campus undoubtedly is well maintained and has an aesthetic touch. I chose this University because it is one of the oldest in all over Asia. The alumni of this University are some of the well known personalities such as prominent economists, filmmakers, and freedom fighters like Abhijit Banerjee, Amartya Sen, Satyajit Ray, Swami Vivekananda, and Subhash Chandra Bose.Read Full Review

In the heart of Kolkata, Presidency University is still running with its same pride and performance since 1817. It is one of the best universities. It is deeply enriched with culture, social enthusiasm, sports, and last but not the least with best possible quality education. Especially for studying Statistics, it is one of the best with the bare minimum tuition fee, which makes it different from other universities. Also, if someone has interest in other activities beside studies, he/she will be highly welcomed.Read Full Review

Presidency University has a rich cultural heritage. Most of the departments are best among other universities in West Bengal. I am a student of Statistics (Hons.) and I can vouch for the fact that after ISI (Indian Statistical Institute), Kolkata, it is Presidency University’s Statistics Department which is the second best, not only in Kolkata but also in India, in terms of faculty and grooming.Read Full Review
