The infrastructure as whole consists of centralised AC classrooms and corridors. There is no playground as such, most of the college functions takes place in the main staircase area before which there is a small ground type space. There is a gaming room that consists of indoor games, a music room to chill out, and a canteen where good food is served.

The campus of NMIMS Navi Mumbai has spacious classrooms equipped with smart TVs, ACs, and furniture. The auditorium is also good and canteen food is good in test with proper hygiene. The Institute has good quality classrooms with comfortable seats for both teacher and students. The canteen has various food items. There is sick room with proper doctors. The Institute has proper security system fully biometrics and ID punching systems. The Institutes has lifts has it has many floors with full cacti surveillance

Campus life is good. Institute crowd may be around 3000 students. There are various clubs and committed for managing events. Every year, tech fest is organized and even sports events are conducted to motivate students. ‘Ignite’ is one of fest organized every year by STME department and even sports event is conducted with various sports games. The campus is not huge and only has 3 floors, but it is spread wide and there is a new wing in construction for MBA. The classrooms are large and equipped with smart boards. The auditorium is kind of small for an institute. The cafeteria does not have an extensive menu and tastes average. The library is very well-furnished with books and plenty of space for private studying. In fact, many students choose to study only in the library for their exams.

For a small campus, NMIMS has a very lively atmosphere. The institute community has dozens of committees and societies, which host fests on almost a weekly basis. They provide a good opportunity for socialising with people from other courses because otherwise, students are kind of disconnected.
