The Queen Mary’s College provides residential facilities to the women's students within its campus in a multistoried hostel building. The hostel has various amenities to provide students with a home-like environment.
The Queen Mary’s College hostel building is 7-storied with a total area of about 10,306.10 square meters. The accommodation capacity of the hostel is around 455 students. Moreover, the spacious rooms at the hostel are available on double & triple occupancy with adequate amenities.
The QMC Chennai hostel has a set of rules and regulations for students to follow in order to maintain discipline inside the premises. Violation of these rules will lead to strict actions against the defaulter.

At the Queen Mary’s College Campus, accommodation is provided to the female students at the 7-storied hostel building. There are around 155 hostel rooms out of which 10 rooms are on twin sharing basis and the rest are available for triple occupancy. The rooms are equipped with adequate amenities like study desks, cots, etc.
The hostel has a mess which serves nutritious meals to the students. There is also a technologically advanced security system with 24/7 CCTV surveillance and wardens ensuring students’ safety and security.
At the hostels, a sick room and dispensary are available to provide medical assistance to the students. Moreover, to make the hostel premises convenient for differently-abled, several facilities such as elevator systems, ramps, and others are present within the hostel.
