JSS STU Mysore has built around 76 classrooms with a built up area of approximately 80 square meters of each one. In addition, around 15 tutorial rooms, nearly 2 drawing halls, lecture halls, and board rooms are present within the JSS Science and Technology University campus for academic purposes.

Apart from this, the lending & reference section has a seating capacity of around 300 students. Moreover, department-wise libraries are there at the campus to provide stream-specific academic resources to the students in both printed & digital form.
- Laboratories: Each department of the University has a computer centre or labs containing sufficient numbers of PCs and advanced system software which are designed to equip the students with practical skills to meet the industrial demands.
