A review on my experiences at JSS Science and Technology University

Overall Rating
Hello, I am currently studying in SJCE Mysore. I got this college through KCET. The college is renowned for its good administration. The teaching here is average as compared to other college. The college environment will keep you motivated with the newest technology and curriculum.
 

Academics Rating
The college generally has different course which includes BCA, MCA, BE, MBA, and more. The college also hosts the degree for especially abled students. The admission criteria for the BE can be through KCET, COMEDK, and through the management seat. fees for KCET students is around 1 lakh and for COMEDK it is around 2.5 lakh and for management normal fees is 2.5 lakh + donation which varies for different branches.
 

Faculty Rating
It is all about your hard work and passion. Though the teaching in this college is good with few of the excellent faculty members and they teach really well. They are also very supportive. The college curriculum is a bit outdated which need to be changed.
 

Placement Rating
The placement is good compared to other colleges. The placement office is very helpful and so connected to different companies.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel is good with descent food and minimal facility. The hostel fees are around 80k.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure is good with well facilitated classroom which includes the smart board. The college has very beautiful 108 acres campus with good infrastructure and facility. There are dedicated teaching halls and very good auditorium which is excellent for conducting any kind of event. The college also has well equipped lab facility and it provides opportunities to think differently. The college also has dedicated buildings for different departments.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life in SJCE is very good. The college culture is so cool. The campus is full of different events happening all around by different clubs and the college culture also facilities hackathon and other major opportunities.

  • JSS S&TU is a leader that performs

    I explored all the possibilities and after checking the characteristics that I look forward to, JSS, and S&TU were the best fit. M. Tech is one of the toughest courses on the planet and I know many might differ, but firstly, check how many M.-Tech students you can find. 2 out of 10 engineering students do M. Tech.   • No drama can happen at JSS S&TU
     

    Overall Rating
    The old war horse is the best term for JSS, S&TU. One needs good score in GATE to get here. I had the option of availing some Colleges from Bengaluru but I still went for JSS S&TU as the old war horse will never fail is what I was sure about. I had the season of my life at JSS-S&TU because all those that I missed at UIIT, I learned it all at JSS-S&TU.   • JSS S&TU will bring the zeal to learn in you

    I always wanted to be an electrical engineer, and the JSS ECE branch is just unique. For students coming from other states, COMEDK is the way to be. For locals like us, KCET was also acceptable. JSS is one of the best universities in the state, and being a private engineering college, the seats are also high.     Hailing from Madhya Pradesh and going to a state that is known for education wasn't that easy. One has to appear for many entrances and once such was highly rated COMEDK. One has to be at their absolute best to be a part of JSS S&TU. The institute was formerly called SJCE but is now renamed as JSS S&TU.
