The male and female students of the University are facilitated with separate residential facilities within the campus. The AC and Non-AC Bharath University hostel rooms are allotted in single, double, and triple occupancies & are furnished with basic necessities.

Along with this, the food facility in diverse cuisines such as South & North Indian, Chinese, etc. is offered to the students through mess & dining halls.
