Numerous IIM Bangalore hostel blocks, Management Development Centre (MDC), Married Hostel Units (MHU), and other residences are present at the campus for providing accommodation to male & female students.
For the comfortability & convenience of the students, residences of the IIM Bangalore have modern spacious and properly ventilated rooms with air-conditioning, attached balcony, & necessary living amenities. All such rooms are available in single, twin, and other occupancies.
There are many IIM Bangalore hostel rules & regulations which have been set-up with the purpose to maintain a peaceful, safe, and secured environment at the blocks. Breaking any of these hostel rules will lead students to face strict consequences.

Outstation students who are pursuing their higher studies from the Institute are offered accommodations facilities. The IIM Bangalore Campus has multiple hostel blocks including K, N, O, P, Q, R, etc. Besides these blocks, there is a ‘Management Development Centre’ (MDC), which is available for students of Executive Education programs. ‘Married Hostel Units’ are developed for married students.
Air-conditioned IIM Bangalore hostel rooms with attached balconies are allotted on different 1, 2, and other sharing. Facilities like beds, chairs, storage space, study desks, racks, & other facilities are present in each room of multi-storied hostels.
To promote inclusivity, IIMB hostels have lifts, rails, and other facilities for specially-abled students. Additionally, exclusive caretakers are provided to such students as well. For the same, some of the rooms present in the hostels have been modified for the students using wheelchairs.

Several messes and dining halls are available at the IIM Bangalore hostels where delicious and freshly-prepared food is provided to the inmates coming from different backgrounds. Here, students are served 4 meals in a day i.e., Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Snacks & Dinner of vegetarian cuisine.
There is also a ‘Hostel Mess Committee’ (HMC) that not only ensures food is being prepared under sanitary conditions but also makes sure that the mess menu has diverse food items. A night canteen is also available at the residential blocks.
