Indian Institute of Foreign Trade [IIFT Kakinada], Andhra Pradesh was established in the year 1963 as Deemed to be University Educational Institute to provide higher education to build a career in the field of Management. The institute has a Corporate Relations and Placement Division which aims to develop strong corporate relationships with companies working on national and international levels. This Division supervises the Placement Committee, which is responsible to conduct summer internships and final placements by reaching out to leading corporate industries. The committee has developed “IMPACT – The Virtual Leadership Talk Series” under which industrial experts are invited to conduct lectures for students in order to introduce them to the environment of industries and their experiences.
