With the safe environment, IMS Unison University (IUU), Dehradun provides on-campus accommodation facilities to both boys & girls via its hostels. The hostels at the IMS Unison University comprise twin sharing rooms with common and attached washrooms. On a first come first serve basis, students are allotted rooms in the University’s hostels. The annual IMS Unison University hostel fees range from Rs. 1,44,000/- to Rs. 1,59,000/- (excluding security deposit).

• Students who are absent or get suspended / expelled from the hostels will not get the benefit of refund of fee.
• Students leaving the hostels before the classes starts or 31^st July (whichever is earlier), the authority will deduct only Rs. 1000/- as processing fee and the rest of the amount will be refunded.
• In other case, if the student is vacating the hostel after the classes has started or 1^st August (whichever is earlier), the entire hostel fee will be deducted except mess & laundry charges. Moreover, it will be refunded on the pro rata basis.
• Mess & laundry fee will be deducted even if the student has only stayed in the hostel for one day in the calendar month.

Numerous IMS Unison University hostel rules have been set by the authorities for the hostellers to follow; some of these are mentioned below:

• Residents must be back at the hostels on or before 8 PM. Moreover, failing to do so will lead the students towards the cancellation of the out pass facility for minimum 2 weeks.
• Inside the allotted hostel rooms, students cannot bring any day scholars / outsiders.
• Every hosteller has to report by 8:15 PM in the reception area of the hostel for the roll call.
• Students are restricted to cook inside the hostel rooms.
• During the silent hours, residents are not allowed to disturb their fellow inmates by playing loud music, bursting crackers, etc.
• Misbehaviour with the wardens, cleaning staff, security personnel, etc. will not be tolerated by the competent authority.
• Involvement of students in any movement, agitation, strike or political activity in the University can lead them to face the expulsion from hostels.

• It is must for every student who is staying at the hostels to join the dining facilities.
• Students can only dine the meals in the dining hall as it is prohibited for them to carry it to the rooms. However, sick students who have permission from the wardens are allowed to have their food in their allotted room.
• Wastage of food should not be done by the hostellers.
• The authorities will display the meal timings on the notice board and every student have to follow that strictly.
