Not maintaining good terms with faculties can cost badly. People from MP are quite emotional, but messing around with them can be a hard pill to swallow. The thought process that they put in students before coming to the next class at least gave some motivation to come to classes daily. Thus, their motivational speeches often helped me at a personal level because the driving force of any MBA College is its faculties. Faculties always asked us to back our strength as many students changed the specialization on faculties advice. They were not dominant, but because they saw a certain skill in certain students, they asked them to switch from one spec to the other. The faculties over here mentally took us to a state of mind that working in corporate will never be easy because we could get placed, but it's not that people in the corporate world are not fired. So, how to be efficient and effective is what we were taught from class number one.Read Full Review

The faculty here were graduated from top colleges in India and were also rich in experience. They tried to be a little strict but since was against the nature of most of them, things started easing once we all got to know each other. One can ask them as many questions they want in the classrooms because they were not approachable beyond that point. Fair enough though because classes were lengthy and taking 20 minutes out from a one-hour class for clearing the doubts was never a big deal. Internal markings depend on how you share the rapport with the faculty members. One should keep this thing in mind as practical’s weightage was 20%.Read Full Review
