The course is extremely well designed to give the student a balanced taste of theoretical and practical knowledge. Unlike any other MBA course, IRMA requires its student to undergo 3 internships/fieldwork. Each of these lasts for 2 months and the college aims to develop a different skill in students from each of these internships. All faculties are PhD and come with years of experience of teaching. The faculty members at IRMA are also engaged in their research work. The faculty also writes, collate and design there out teaching material called TAU (teaching aid unit) which is provided to the students along with other books. From the experience of what I have heard from my friends who studied in other colleges about their faculties. I have found a lot of difference in the faculties who have taught me here. Their teaching pedagogy, way of explaining things and going beyond books are mind blowing. They don't just teach the concepts; they teach the practicality of it through which they make us understand the concept. This style of teaching has helped in understanding the subject and few of the concepts I still remember so well.
