SIMS Pune MBA Fees Structure 2026 & Admission Process

We always had an early start and students rushed from hostel to classes as most of them came from a laid back life. All that changed as the college was strict and discipline has to be maintained at all cost. If the students shouted or argued while the lecture was on the same school type punishments like get out of the class or stand all the while were the kind of punishments that we were given. After attending 4 schools and 3 colleges, SIMS was the first time that I entered an air-conditioned classroom.

MBA is a compulsory class’s thing. Even if you are ill, the doctor at the campus will treat you upfront and will make you ready to attend the lectures. Thus, if you don’t feel like attending, you will not have a choice. Good thing was since I chose marketing, we had more of practical sessions and classes were often conducted in open. The companies were assigned from the second semester and we were engaged with projects for them. Things like time management and using the resources in an efficient manner was all learned in this college. The college has shaped mine and for that reasons all the students’ future the way it should be.

The MBA program that SIMS offers is industry oriented. SIMS is a great option if you want real exposure as live projects and industrial visit from the second semester itself started. By the end of third semester if you have had a great internship, you will have a job in hand. This is how the academics were at SIMS. The air-conditioned classrooms never let the long lectures get boring. The newly introduced tools and digital blackboards in the classroom made learning more curious. It was a nice start to the day as the lectures started as early as 8am in the morning and lasted till 4 on regular days. However, if we had a long break in-between it may extend up to 6 or 7 as well.
