IIPS Indore Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

The infrastructure of IIPS Indore is good. The campus has classrooms, seminar halls, a library, an auditorium, computer centers, database lab, and administrative offices. It also has well equipped lecture theatres which are used for workshops and seminars. There is a serene chaman vatika at the back of the College where students go in their free time. The College has a canteen, professional running track, Basketball court, Football ground, Tennis lawn, and various others.

After a year, my campus life experience is full of joy. I've joined clubs and developers groups. I have also participated in hackathons, cultural events, and social work. The campus life depends on the students’ interest and passion. There are around 10 to 15 clubs such as Debate, Art & Culture, Coding, etc. The NSS and NCC units are also available. The IIPS, Indore academic block is well structured and student friendly. It is located at Bhawarkuan Sqaure, Kandwa Road, Indore. The classrooms are old but have a seating capacity of about 150 students. Some classrooms have projectors and AV aids while some don’t. There is a library as well, which has a variety of course and non course books. Also, the campus has 3 to 4 labs with well equipped computers and Wi-Fi connectivity. There is one big auditorium and 3 to 4 lecture halls where different seminars and conferences are held. There is a canteen, which has basic food options and is not that well furnished. There are different grounds dedicated for different sports like cricket, football, basketball, badminton, volleyball, etc. The campus also has a running track.

Overall, campus life is great. The institute crowd is also good and friendly, there is no discrimination based on the locality of a student. There are many clubs such as sports club, art club, coding club, and many more in which you can participate and also be an organizing committee member as well. Some, extracurricular activities are organized by the institute as well like innovation conferences and cultural fests. Infrastructure is average to poor. University campus is good, it is very huge. But the college building infrastructure is poor. There is a library inside the college where almost all the books are available which are required for the course subjects. There is another huge central library in the university which requires you to take a membership.

There's no such campus life. But if you make good friends then you'll have one. But the campus itself does not contribute to make up your campus life. Fests are very rare. Clubs are very inactive. There are different clubs such as AWS, IT, etc. but only AWS club is pretty active rest are totally inactive.Read Full Review
