IIPS Indore offers Scholarship to the Students

Overall Rating
After completing my 12th grade in PCM, I wanted to pursue technical courses in College. I wanted to go in a College where there is practical exposure, events, workshops, etc. I also wanted a life full of extracurricular activities. After spending one year, I can say that it is worth joining this College. It provides all the facilities that the students need in their academic life. It provides freedom to the students to explore different opportunities and pursue the one which excited you the most.
 

Academics Rating
I chose the integrated BCA + MCA (3+2 years) course which provide in depth knowledge about technology, analyzing systems, data science, machine learning, web technology, etc. For admission in the technical courses, the students are required to qualify CUET exam and score good marks in it. Then there will be 3 round of counseling. The College conducts 3 internals, viva, and end semester exams. The academics here is decent and mostly it depends on the student's capabilities and interest in the subject.
The fee of my course in IIPS Indore is Rs. 48,000/- per semester. In the first semester, the students are required to pay the admission fee as well. There are various scholarship schemes like Medhavi Chatra Yojana & MPTAAS.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties teaching in this College are very humble as well as professional. The teachers have done Ph.D in their respective field. The teaching methods include blackboard, storytelling, PPTs, etc. The problem solving abilities of the faculty members is great. The teacher to student ratio in my course is 1:50. For management course, it is 1:30. They are open to new ideas and also approach the students who are working and are passionate in their respective field.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, the College has placement cell. The cell is run by the teachers and the students. There is an increase in the quality of companies and placements in recent years. Various companies visit our campus for recruitment.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, the College offers residential facilities to the students. The hostels are decent.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of IIPS Indore is good. The campus has classrooms, seminar halls, a library, an auditorium, computer centers, database lab, and administrative offices. It also has well equipped lecture theatres which are used for workshops and seminars. There is a serene chaman vatika at the back of the College where students go in their free time. The College has a canteen, professional running track, Basketball court, Football ground, Tennis lawn, and various others.
 

Campus Rating
After a year, my campus life experience is full of joy. I've joined clubs and developers groups. I have also participated in hackathons, cultural events, and social work. The campus life depends on the students’ interest and passion. There are around 10 to 15 clubs such as Debate, Art & Culture, Coding, etc. The NSS and NCC units are also available. Various events and extracurricular activities are organised by the students.

    Overall, the institute is pretty decent, not very good and not too bad. The primary reason of why I chose this institute was that it is a government college and has a very good reputation. Fees are decent, not too high. Faculties are good. If you are looking for a good college with low fees you can join this institute. Also, there are no strict rules for attendance.     It is a government institute in MP with full fee re imbursement. More, the college has a great campus and really good campus life. IIPS is the most preferred government college for the integrated course in MBA as it was the first college to start this program. It is one of the top colleges on the whole DAVV campus....
