Netaji Subhash Engineering College Kolkata Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

The infrastructure of NSEC Kolkata is average. But, the academic blocks of the College are assigned systematically which is something that I like the most about this College. Campus size is small since it is located in a densely populated area of Kolkata. Canteen and sports ground is available along with a centralised and well-maintained air conditioned library. There are many classrooms and there are zones where students can spend their leisure time. The College infrastructure also comprises an auditorium and conference halls.

Overall campus life is quite good. College crowd ranges between medium to large. There are several clubs which are responsible for hosting fests and sports competition. Currently I am not a part of any of them. Various engagement and extracurricular activities are also held every now and then. I had a great experience here, be it in terms of the faculty or the academic or the College life. I would highly recommend the College.Read Full Review

The campus of my college is not very large. The academics facility is decent. Various types of books are available. An online book system is also provided. There is a canteen facility in college. There are various types of sports played in this college and the sports facility is good. There are no medical and transport facility is available in this college right now, but the college is working on the same. There is a good security system. The security always checks identity card before letting the students enter the college campus. My favorite place in the college is library.

College crowd is quite good. There are approximately more than 1500 students in first year. There are various clubs in my college where you can show your skills and talents, such as Eco-Cultural Club, Phoenix club, NCC Club, etc. Every year an event known as Freshers is organized in my college for welcoming first year students. The annual fest of our college ‘Mesmerisier’ is held where you can do singing, dancing, debate, quiz, drama, etc. The overall experience of the college is good. Netaji Subhash Engineering College contains 4 blocks. The campus area is 3 acres so you cannot expect a great campus area life here. The location is somewhat feels like rural/ suburban. We have well equipped labs, libraries, canteen, AC classrooms, conference halls, and seminar halls. The favorite part of the college, which I like the most, is its great accommodation in a small campus area. The campus is constructed in a very structured way that everything is available. Facilities provided here are awesome we students definitely like it.

Overall campus life is decent. If you are focused on your goals then college campus area and size does not matter. College crowd is overall good. There is a rush in afternoon time as it is the time of recess. Therefore, you can expect some crowd gathering in canteen and outside college. Fests and events are also organised here and it is a great fun attending them, everyone loves it. Netaji Subhash Engineering College also organises extracurricular activities like Blood Donation Drives and Tree Plantation Movements, etc.Read Full Review
