IBA is better than all the two-tier B-Schools

The college is great for management studies. As an engineering student, it was difficult to understand demand and supply as the whole course revolved around that. There were few things in which we engineers were good while in some the commerce students had an upper hand. So, it was a symbiotic relationship between engineering students and commerce students as both needed each other’s help. So just by lending helping hands, we moved together and completed the course with flying colors and with a job offer in our hands before the final semester even completed.

IBA is one of those colleges that offer specialization in retail management

Education at IBA was up skilling the existing skills to evolve. Thus, you will achieve higher level skills before passing out from IBA. Besides up skilling, reskilling was also taught, and major projects were assigned to us that helped us become skilful. Case studies of RIL should be taught at every university as one can build a new TCS or Infosys today, but there won't be another RIL for ages. I may be promoting them, but because our studies were based more on the retail businesses that RIL has developed. Guest lectures from stalwarts of Bajaj group, Birla group, and Reliance group have definitely built the passion, and a mindset to excel was the biggest takeaways.
