A Placement Cell / Corporate Engagements & Placement Office is present which organises the IBA Bangalore placement process for the students and by taking part in the same they can obtain job opportunities with attractive salary packages. Pre-Placement Talks (PPTs)

The participating companies host Pre-Placement Talks (PPTs) sessions to make students familiar with the profile, job role, future expectations, eligibility conditions, and others.

Student Registration

As per career interests, students will have to either submit the applications provided by the respective organisations or they can submit their resume as per the needs of the recruiters. Post this, the applications are forwarded to the companies after which they shortlist deserving students.

Shortlisting

The companies share the list of the selected students with the dedicated office / cell prior to the beginning of the interview session.

Selection Process

Respective organisations visit the Institute’s campus to conduct interview sessions and further selection process for the shortlisted students.

Final Offers

Lastly, the recruiters send formal offer letters within 2 weeks after the completion of the interview.
