My MBA Journey at Indian Institute of Management, RanchiMy first year in Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi is about to end nearly and it has been a great and wholesome experience for me this entire year. The academics is sincere along with the day-to-day ECA activities that we go through, be it leadership talks, summer placements or the Annual fest of RUSH it was all a complete package for a student. There are a few issues I would say, the rigorous and hectic MBA life is one of them but this institute has surely seen that it does not cross a certain threshold. The transport and other out-of-campus facilities are a bit questionable but that has improved because recently a supermarket was opened so now it easier for us to gain essentials and stationary items. The institute is performing well in all things and has gained an upper advantage from other institutes. I chose this institute because of the rankings and my own CAT percentile criterion. I got selected in this institute at 94.73 percentile and overall 9 grade point for the profile had an interview. Apart from that at this percentile I had applied for the institute and had offer letters from both MBA-core MBA-HR I chose MBA Core. This institute has the biggest advantage of being an IIM, apart from that in this tier institutes it has been performing well for the past few years in terms of placements thus it was my reason to select this institute.Read Full Review

The overall review is great. You will have everything that a typical MBA college has. From fun to academics to games to sports to learning everything at the same place. You will have tremendous opportunity to learn and grow in the college if you have the right set of attitude and the eagerness to learn.Read Full Review
