IIT BHU Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

The campus offers various facilities to the students. The building is 50 to 100 years old. The making of new building is in the process. The academic and departmental blocks are well-maintained. The campus has air conditioned library which has the capacity to accommodate around 1000 students at a time. Most of the students spend their time in the library. The canteen is also available in the campus which is good.

The campus life is average not up to the mark. Most of the people stay outside the campus because the city has a lot of things to offer. There are various clubs in IIT BHU which the students can join. The clubs are good as compared to other Institutes. Here are some cultural buildings and heritage buildings. Also as the institute was established in 1919, so there are various buildings. We have a big temple Vishwanath Temple of Shiva, where you can worship. Also, here are incubation centers, libraries, workshops and the building are really clean and looks very good from the outside.

Campus Life is great here because there are various fests and there are various DJ nights, sports activity and, cultural activities. the campus is whopping in 1300 acres where you could all enjoy with your friends more over the college allows you to take your vehicles in the campus from second year.Read Full Review

Infrastructure is quite old here. Classrooms are lack of AC as they are very old but the director announced a week ago that every classroom will get AC, even the common rooms in hostels will be equipped with AC in the coming days. The college has three big grounds. The main library consists a huge collection of books. There are three big reading halls that are fully equipped with AC and a big computer lab also. The college Wi-Fi is also very good. It gives 100 mbps in hostel rooms; if you use LAN the speed is much better.

Campus is so beautiful. It is always little crowded as the campus is a bit small. There are so many clubs here like music club, western music club, dance club, business club, E cell, MUN club, robotics club, aero modeling club, coding club, outreach club, literary club, etc. The alumni network of this college is huge.
