LIBA was a renowned institute and it was for a reason as the college was absolutely strict with attendance. PGDM is a professional course and it was taught with complete professionalism. HR was my forte and specialization in HR at LIBA was one of the well-placed courses. The professors were little ruthless as firstly it was their accent and secondly the teaching standard was way too high for someone coming from an ordinary college. The extra classes were available on demand and the lengthy course looked even lengthier as in my 2 years of PGDM, I visited Marina beach just once.

The college was so strict that even 80% attendance was considered bad. One thing that I would want to tell my readers that please if you can’t understand South Indian accent don’t go to Chennai at least as all the teachers were Tamil and I had to request my faculty to please allow me to sit in the front row. The classes were long and hard and 8-10 hours classes were like normal for everybody. The assignments can never be completed as one will require 25 hours in a day to get them complete in a day. Though it was tough I was enjoying my time and even told my family back home that I have taken the best decision of my life. The practical’s which now I know has to be an everyday thing was held once or at max twice in a week. The education system has some discipline and that was good to see.
