    NIT Jamshedpur Offers 'NTPC Scholarship'
    I have chosen Electrical Engineering from the Institution. You can get into NIT Jamshedpur through JOSAA/CSAB counseling on the basis of your JEE Main Rank. The criteria for the counselling are that you should score at least 75% in class 12th board exams or you should be among the top 20 percentile in your board. There are 2 exams per semester including mid-semester exams which have 30% weightage and end-semester exams which have 50% weightage. The rest 20% is Internal Assessment. The academics does not prepare you for real life challenges, it is for scoring good in exams only.
    The overall fee for 4 years is around Rs. 8,50,000/- including hostel and mess fee. Per semester we have to pay around Rs. 1,06,000/- which includes Rs. 62,500/- Tuition fee, Rs. 17,000/- Mess fee, Rs. 15,000/- . Moreover, scholarships like NTPC, NSP, Reliance Digital, etc. can be availed by the students.Read Full Review

    NIT Jamshedpur B.Tech (Hons.) Seats are Alloted through JoSAA Counseling
    I am pursuing B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. I chose this course because it will open doors to good career paths. The coding culture here will help me secure good job in future. The admissions are through the JOSAA counseling. The exams are conducted frequently. Overall, the academics are good.
    The fee of my course is Rs. 1,00,000/- per year. The scholarships are also available for the eligible students. The students who availed the scholarship are not required to pay the tuition fee.Read Full Review

    An Honest Review of NIT, Jamshedpur
    You have to get a good rank in JEE mains to get admission in this institute. My JEE Mains rank is 12000. I got Computer Science and Engineering branch in NIT, Jamshedpur. I always wanted to study Computer Science so I choose this branch.
