Dwarkadas Jivanlal Sanghvi College of Engineering Mumbai Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

The college is located in Juhu. It has one building where all the classes for all branches are conducted. There are two departments in 1 floor each. The classrooms have centralized air conditioners along with smart board. The sitting capacity of one class is 60-70 students. There is a well-stocked library on the first floor. Library is also fully air conditioned. Library has PCs for students and almost every book that one student needs is available here. There is fully air-conditioned canteen and gym as well. My favorite place in the campus is canteen. Sports facilities are provided in the college, but you can go to the college which is just behind DJ Sanghvi to play various sports, and you will get entry without any problem.

Campus life is good. Even though we have a small campus, we are free to roam around. The college crowd is mostly Guajarati because it is a minority college, and the crowd is good. Seniors conduct various events throughout the year. The name of annual fest is Trinity, and it is conducted every year in the month of February or March. The campus is thoughtfully designed with modern architecture and well maintained facilities. The academic blocks are organised by departments and feature spacious, well ventilated classrooms and centralised AC throughout the building. Each class contains a smart board where teachers help us to visualise concepts and explain through power point presentation. The building consists of 7 floors, with each floor having different department. There are well managed canteen which serve hygienic food with variety of options at affordable price.

The college comes in top 5 engineering colleges in Maharashtra. So students getting admission in it have a good rank in entrance exams thus the overall crowd is the best crowd I have experienced in my life. It creates a very competitive and fun environment in the college. The infrastructure of Dwarkadas Jivanlal Sanghvi College of Engineering, Mumbai, is very good and modern. The library is also good with over 2000 books and is well-spaced for students to study. There are labs with well-equipped modern machines and technology. The campus also has seminar hall, canteen, and gym. The security is also very good and the transport facility is also good near College. My favourite place is their library as it is very peaceful there which is why I don’t study at home but I study in College library only.

Campus life is enjoyable and friendly. The crowd is majorly Gujarati’s and everyone knows how sweet the Gujarati crowd is. Yes, there are many clubs for you to follow your passion. Whether it may be Dance, Music, Book reading, Drama, etc. Various engagement activities also happen in our College like fests. Various committees also conduct events. 'Trinity' is the annual event of DJSCE Mumbai. My experience of campus is very friendly and I like the crowd and the area.Read Full Review
