IPGMER is the no. 1 Medical Institute in West Bengal as per the NIRF ranking. Our institute was also higher than AIIMS, Bhubaneswar in the year 2022 as per the NIRF ranking. It is the only medical institute in West Bengal that has received the ‘Centre of Excellence’ title. I've chosen this institute mainly because of the modern infrastructure, excellent faculty, modern laboratory, centre of excellence title, reasonable fees and most importantly the highest patient load among all medical institutes in West Bengal.
