Tulas University Dehradun Hostel Fees: Rooms, Food & Rules

The Tulas University Dehradun offers world-class residential amenities to the outstation students at its separate on-campus boys’ and girls’ hostels. Furthermore, to enable a feeling of home away from home, the residential blocks of the Institute have 24/7 security and modern facilities.

Around 6 hostels are available at Tula's Institute from which 4 are male hostels (‘Einstein’, ‘Edison’, ‘Newton’, etc.) and 2 are female hostels (‘Curie’ & others). Besides this, multiple AC / Non-AC double & other seater rooms of the accommodations are furnished with beds, mattress, study desks, bookshelves, chairs, almirah & other necessities. In addition, Tula's Institute hostel fees range from Rs. 1,10,000/- to Rs. 1,46,000/- for a year, including lodging, laundry, security, and other applicable charges.

Outstation students who are interested in staying at the on-campus residences of the Institute are required to complete the hostel joining formalities and pay the prescribed fees. Students need to keep in mind that the amount differs for AC and regular (Non-AC) rooms.

The Institute has formed a few hostel rules and regulations to create an ideal learning & living atmosphere for the students. It is compulsory for all the residents to follow such rules as breaching these rules & regulations will lead to disciplinary actions.

• Ragging is one of criminal acts and students who are found involved in this act will have to face strict disciplinary actions.
• Prescribed timings need to be followed by each & every hosteller for leaving & returning to their respective rooms.
• Liquor, drugs, cigarettes or other such intoxicating substances should not be brought, consumed or kept inside the on-campus accommodation arena.
• While residing at the accommodations, hostellers need to refrain themselves from getting involved in fighting, shouting, begging, stealing, quarrelling & other such activities.
• Prior to leaving the residences, students shall seek permission from their chief wardens.
• Hostellers should turn off all the electrical switches and lock their rooms before going out of their respective rooms.

The Institutes facilitates outstation students with state-of-the-art hostel facilities so they can not only achieve their academic goals but also have an excellent living excellent. Therefore, the Tula's Institute Campus has upto 4 boys’ hostels like ‘Einstein Block’, ‘Edison Block’, ‘Newton Block’ and ‘Galileo Block’. Whereas, for female students, there are about 2 hostels, out of which one is referred to as a ‘Curie Block’.

In all the Tula's Institute hostels, twin & other sharing rooms are available for the students in both air-conditioned & regular (non air-conditioned) options.
