NIT Patna Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

It has two campus one is in main city of around 40 acres and one is in Bihta is of around 120 acres which is still in construction. There is no chance of branch change in the institute. It has various building for classroom of each branch differently. It has SAC student activity centre where you do physical workout, play inside sports and counseling for your mental health. Everyone favorite place in institute is PMC where people rest in the evening and playground where you can play your game like cricket, football, badminton, etc.

Until now, campus is crowded. I have spent my first year in institute, which I enjoyed so much, but I suggest you to do extracurricular activity and maintain your CGPA so that you have no problem in being placed in PSUs and big giant tech companies. Infrastructure in not good of NIT Patna, it's academic blocks and structure is good but old model. Campus size is around 40 acres and second campus of NIT Patna is around 165 acres, but new campus is incomplete (it is under construction). Normal seating capacity is 70 - 80 students. Library is very good and there are thousands of books present from every stream. Labs are also very good. Seminar hall, auditorium, conference Hall everything is very good. There is medical facility available. It is good and is totally use full for your health. Mostly every sports facility is available. Transportation is very easy as Patna junction is near this Institute.

My campus life is full of enjoyment and it fulfills lots of activities. In our campus 2 canteens are present which is mostly south Indian and north Indian food. Both Institutes crowd is balanced. There is lots of club and I am member of meta verse club. In NIT Patna, lots of events are organized by the Institute, which is of all types like technology events, fun events, fest events, etc. I attend many events and make more fun and enjoy in this Institute. There are several buildings. Various departments and labs are present in the campus. It's almost a 5-minute walk from my hostel to the farthest department. As I mentioned above, NIT Patna is average in terms of infrastructure; but our new campus in Bihta near Patna is going to very good with all the required equipments and facilities. It is still under construction, but half of the construction has been completing and 2nd and 3rd students have started shifting there.

Campus life is good. I would start with the fact that you won't get any fresher's party here. You need to buy your own sports equipment and playing space is also limited. There are various clubs and there is always some event going on at weekends organized by the seniors. You can explore and enjoy here with likeminded people and build connections and memories worth a ton.Read Full Review
