NIT Patna: Fee Structure and Scholarships

When I came to National Institute of Technology Patna Bihar for physical reporting then I did not feel good because I thought NIT Patna will not be able to give me best campus and Institute life. But I didn’t have any other option than NIT PATNA. After completing my admission in this Institute I got best friend circle and they are equally more talented and logical. Now, I am happy with my Institute. This Institute gave me lots of fun events, technological events in which robotic and lots of other ideas are there. NIT Patna is one of the best Institutes in India. When you come in this Institute, I am sure you will not feel guilty.

I am in electrical engineering department in NIT Patna. My motive for enrolling in this branch was the demand of electric energy. Electrical energy is helpful for our future goal like moter car, etc. In our Institute, electrical engineering department makes one of the most important club which is called TESLA CLUB. To take admission in this Institute, give JEE main exam and score good rank. Then attend JOSSA Or CSAB counseling. In EE department (in general) there are two main exams, first is "mid semester" and second is "end semester". Some exams taken by professors totally depend on professor. You prepare very well as per your academic course. It's not tough for you. Mostly self preparation is best.

EE course (tution) fee per year is : ₹1,25,000 :-1st semester total fee paid by me : ₹94,250 (including fee pay to Jossa ₹75,000 + ₹19,250. Institute during admission time) :- Total fees (including tuition fee + all hotel mess etc) : ₹2,61,300. Only for 1st year in general:- after 1st year, then total fee per year :₹2,08,300 general :- if student income is less than 1 lakh then tuition fee will be less than 5 lakh and greater than 1 lakh. 2/3 tuition fee. There are lots of scholarships with various amount.

All faculty members are the best, But their teaching experience is normal. There are lots of faculty members among of them some are proven as a scientist and they perform many research and projects which is good for our nation. Many professors research in quantum field. I don't know proper teacher and student ratio, some faculty member attached directly with student for their research and project. They teach us using white board and digital board, etc.

Placement of National Institute of Technology Patna is good. This is because in this Institute lots of big companies (like- Microsoft, Google, Phone Pay, Paypal, Tata, Reliance, etc) come and give good placement to many students. In NIT Patna, there is a society that trains students for higher good placement. Average placement: ₹1,40,000 (aprox.) and the maximum placement is: ₹5,20,000.

In every hostel of NIT Patna, there is a guard station and a guard is active 24 hour, but at the night or during any emergency case if your health is not good then You can go to guard station and take medical facility at small level. Medical kit is present at every guard station. There are separate girl’s and Boy’s hostel. Mess food is normal (veg. and non-veg. both applicable). The hostel timings are closed at 10:00 PM.

Infrastructure in not good of NIT Patna, it's academic blocks and structure is good but old model. Campus size is around 40 acres and second campus of NIT Patna is around 165 acres, but new campus is incomplete (it is under construction). Normal seating capacity is 70 - 80 students. Library is very good and there are thousands of books present from every stream. Labs are also very good. Seminar hall, auditorium, conference Hall everything is very good. There is medical facility available. It is good and is totally use full for your health. Mostly every sports facility is available. Transportation is very easy as Patna junction is near this Institute.

My campus life is full of enjoyment and it fulfills lots of activities. In our campus 2 canteens are present which is mostly south Indian and north Indian food. Both Institutes crowd is balanced. There is lots of club and I am member of meta verse club. In NIT Patna, lots of events are organized by the Institute, which is of all types like technology events, fun events, fest events, etc. I attend many events and make more fun and enjoy in this Institute. I love this Institute.
