Classes from morning to evening and an hour break, is all that we had. Right next to our lab, was the food technology lab and mind you, I have never seen such a lab in my life. Many told me, you will feel helpless once you enter college but with me, nothing like that happened as academics were tough and all the students who enrolled here have a different story in their UG program. So, that way, GEU was much better because the academic planning and schedule was upright.

Academics are tough here as classes started from 8.30 am and went on till 4 pm. There was 1 lunch break and one mini-break in between. Labs almost every other day, as M. Tech had more practical learning than just rote theory learning. Many companies have added their requirements in the course and that has benefitted the students a lot. I wish it helped in placements too but never mind as all the bases of good academic curriculum were covered under our course. If I don’t mince the words, the academic at GEU was as good as any other institutes in India.
