The Thiagarajar College has a Training & Placement Cell which focuses on providing employment opportunities to the students in their respective courses. The cell manages everything starting from providing training & Internship opportunities to the students and to conducting a Thiagarajar College placement drive.

Along with this, the College has a Career Guidance Cell which creates awareness about the various career options available within the industry. The cells at Thiagarajar College facilitates group discussions, resume building, leadership development programs, mock interviews, etc. to make the students corporate ready. Moreover, the placement cell invites professional trainers to enhance the soft and interview skills of the students.
