Zakir Husain College New Delhi Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

The area of the Zakir Husain College is compact. However, we have good canteen and a nice cafeteria too. A beautiful and air-conditioned library and a beautiful seminar halls too. We also have a Judo arena also. There is a ground in the sports, where students can engage themselves in the outdoor games such as football, etc.

If one joins societies then I feel there campus life is complete. I am a part of our college's theatre society ‘Aman’ and we have meetings and workshops almost daily. Infrastructure is good in some classrooms in old building and very nice in new building. My College has really very good and beautiful botanical gardens which make it more pretty as it is one of the biggest campuses. It has 3 to 4 big gardens and has variety of cactuses in a rock garden which I found very interesting. Even the sitting and canteen area are good.

My campus is small in size and is not much extended but has enough space that is required for any kinds of particular activity. There are two main buildings, one is older one and the other one is new. The older building is segregated into arts block and science block. Science block is a little bit more advanced because of the requirements it needs. It provides specifics advancements as per the need of student. On the other hand arts block is also very good.

Campus Life is good. You can find a huge shadow of politics in the time of DUSU elections but it lasts only for a month. Besides this there are a lot of other activities always happening around the campus. Many religious and other festivals find their place in a secular manner. You can find visiting of different public administrators and intellectual scholars at different point of time. There is not any kind of boredom that you will feel in the college campus.Read Full Review
