ASBM University Hostel Fees: Rooms, Food & Rules, Bhubaneswar

The ASBM University, Bhubaneswar provides residential facilities to the students within its campus. There are around 8 hostels for male & about 2 for female students. The multi-storey residential buildings are equipped with adequate amenities to offer a comfortable stay to the hostellers.

At the hostels of ASBM University, the out-station students are offered a secure environment to complete their higher education and develop their interpersonal skills. The ASBM University hostel rooms are provided to the students on a single & twin sharing basis. These rooms are offered with an option of attached & without attached washrooms. The ASBM University hostel fee is between Rs. 45,000/- to Rs. 90,000/- (per annum).

The ASBM University hostel fee is different depending on the type of rooms (with attached washroom / without attached washroom) & occupancies. Students willing to avail the hostel facilities need to pay the requisite fee, as specified.

Note: Apart from the above-mentioned fee, the ASBM University hostel residents are required to pay the mess charges separately. The mess fee to be paid is Rs. 73,000/- per annum that varies every academic year.

* Students will not get a refund of the hostel / mess fee in case of non-utilisation of the accommodation facilities provided to them.

The hostellers are required to follow the certain rules & regulations prescribed by the ASBM University Bhubaneswar in order to maintain discipline within the residential premises. Some of the rules to be followed by the hostel residents are stated-below:

• Possession / utilisation of illegal & harmful substances like drugs, liquor, narcotics, weapons, tobacco, pan masala, betel, obscene literature, etc. are strictly forbidden in the campus & inside hostel premises.
• The residents of the ASBM University hostel will be served food in the designated dining halls at the specified time. No food service will be offered in the residential buildings.
• All the hostellers will be jointly responsible for maintaining the premises of the hostel. They must not damage the property of the hostels and properly use the electricity, water supply, internet services provided to them. In case of any damage, the students will be responsible individually / collectively.
• Before vacating the hostel rooms, students are liable to clear all dues & hand over the possessions like furniture, fixtures, and other items directly to the hostel superintendent / estate officer.
• Guests & visitors of the hostellers are not allowed to stay in the hostel.

The ASBM University Campus has separate accommodation facilities for both boys & girls. The ASBM University hostel rooms are fully-furnished with necessary facilities to provide a home-like ambience to the students. At ASBM University hostels, students are offered rooms on a single & twin occupancy basis, along with the alternatives of attached washrooms & without attached washrooms.
