IIEBM Indus Business School Reviews on Placement, Faculty, Hostel by Students

I was perturbed as coming here and not getting into the top 100 B-Schools but if I look back how my life and career has shaped post IIEBM, all I can say it’s not disappointing. IIEBMS Pune has stuck to the basics of PGDM studies as nothing different or fancy was tried here. Since, the start was good at the institute things just started falling in place as IIEBM Pune is not in line with its peers like Symbiosis, Flames, PUMBA, or MIT but still is one of the best. There was a clump of everything as the campus had workshop areas, labs, and conference rooms designed in a way that learning at campus was as good as going for industrial visits which we did quite often as Hinjewadi Infotech Park was close to our campus. Some of my friends went to Kolkata while some to Delhi, but I was certain that I have to go to Pune. Symbiosis and PUMBA were the colleges which was I was targeting but never mind as IIEBM too was quite good. IIEBM was the place where I learned innumerable things. IIEBM Wakad is into existence for over 20 years and has placed students to some of the most renowned companies. The campus building may be old but still daily mopping was done and there was an in-house staff of the college who took care of cleaning twice in a day. All the government developed programs were made mandatory here such as TedX, Swayam, and others. There were plenty to be honest but recalling all those names is not possible now. I will now give the biggest reasons why one will fall in love with this college is that there were temples of all for major religions followed in India. I have seen colleges that have Hindu temples, Churches, or the Gurudwaras but here nothing was left as from a Mosque to Temple, the campus had them all.Read Full Review

IIEBM has paid back the faith as I did PGDBM just for placements and I got that with ease. In B-Schools, it’s about playing the cards right. No institute can have 100% placements be it IIMs, Symbiosis or the XLRIs. Students had to find their way out by playing their ace while doing PGDM. One thing for sure that student can be circumspect at Indus because the course is spectacular and the exposure that we were provided was great. Like I said the superior performance from students are required as the buildup is pressurizing but this is what we came for. Faculties of Indus were the prominent figures in the set up on institutes as the place was a chuck of rocks and walking on it was not easy. However, a steady start was ensured by the management and the faculties and then built up has to be from the students end. The hostels were great too as they were right next to the main building, so we just had to get off the bed and classes were the next thing we could be at. So, IIEBM Wakad had no problems at its surface because they did their part and the onus was then on students to work hard and get the best out of the institute.Read Full Review
