Thakur Institute of Management Studies and Research Reviews on Placement, Faculty, Hostel by Students

Thakur’s management college is for those who can’t work hard and get admissions in the A-Rated colleges. TIMSR Mumbai is a 2-tier in terms of B-Schools but for people staying in western belt in Mumbai, the college is not bad either. Thakur College MBA arguably is one of the most attractive options for students of any streams. Engineering student’s ratio is always higher and it was no different at Thakur College of Management. MMS (MBA) to me is an in-depth program based on industrial requirements and therefore had the subjects related to that. As an engineering student it was difficult to crack some of those and Thakur used to organize classes for us on Sunday’s so that we could have a go at it. One problem with Thakur Institute of Management Studies is that it doesn’t market itself like many other colleges do. My subject was marketing and I did ask this question in one of conferences with the management. I wish I could tell the answer that I got then but college is decent and is inside the Thakur educational campus that has schools and other colleges in the same campus.Read Full Review
