My thoughts on Kolhapur Institute of Technology

Overall Rating
My experience at Kolhapur Institute of Technology as a student has been very good mind-blowing. As I stay in Kolhapur, I preferred studying and pursuing my career as a student of Computer Science. Kolhapur Institute of Technology is situated near the highway and easily accessible to different routes connecting highway.
 

Academics Rating
Kolhapur Institute of Technology has different courses like computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Civil Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Textile Engineering, etc. Admissions here are done on the basis of marks scored in CET or JEE Exams. Some seats are reserved for TFWS Students.
 

Faculty Rating
Kolhapur Institute of Technology has a very good teaching faculty from locality as well as from different parts of the Maharashtra. They have their own style of teaching according to the understanding capacity of the students. They teach using smart board as well as white board. Students easily understand the teaching of the faculty.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Kolhapur Institute of Technology is spread over a large area and has a huge campus spread over acres. There are different buildings in campus. They have two-three canteens in campus. They have hostel in their campus for girls as well as for boys. Kolhapur Institute of Technology has library building. They have laboratories equipped with modern instruments.
 

Campus Rating
Kolhapur Institute of Technology has different clubs like Tech Clubs, Nature's Club, and Robotics Club. There are different events celebrated in the college like Navratri, Garba, Dandiya, Ganesh Utsav and many more. Kolhapur Institute of Technology also arranges different sports events like Cricket Championships, Football Competition, etc.

    Overall Rating
    KIT was previously affiliated with Shivaji University but is now an autonomous college. The college has as many as 9 engineering streams. I am E&TC engineering passed out from the 2017 batch. All my answers will be based on that and will give my opinion rather than generalizing things. The college boasts a nice infrastructure and nice teachers.
