Overall Rating
The SRM University is one of the universities in Chennai which is one of the top private universities and is an affordable university as compared to the other universities. The college will provide the scholarships under different categories like sports, defense scholarships etc. mainly it focuses on academic excellence.
 

Academics Rating
The eligibility of the students who want to get into the university is to pass 10+2 equivalent in any stream with 60% of marks or percentage or they can get into the university by getting the good rank in SRM JEE which will be conducted by the university which serves as the merit-based assessment offering an opportunity to a candidate to join in the university.
 

Faculty Rating
The course teaching faculty who holds Ph.D in their respective domain who teaches the subject with better knowledge, and they will be convey the subject in an understanding manner to the students where the students can understand easily the teachers also provide the good learning material and video learning content.
 

Placement Rating
The thing in the placement was the student can sit for different companies, but the students should qualify for the day zero companies (TCS, Accenture, Cognizant) the student will be offered with the package of minimum of 4 LPA to 50 LPA. Qualifying of any of the day zero companies will be must and should without qualifying in day zero they can't be allowed to other companies.
 

Hostel Rating
The hostel consists of different facilities like reading hall, TV hall, newspapers reading etc. the hostel will be based on the budget which will include air conditioner etc.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus will be containing with different blocks for different engineering departments like Computer Science, Mechanical, Electrical, MBA, MBBS etc. The campus also contains the different blocks each department blocks are equipped with different lab equipment and additional structures to enhance the student life.
 

Campus Rating
The crowd in the campus will be more since the university contains different domains. Inside the university cultural fests, knowledge related fests like programming fests are conducted. It also conducts coding competitions and different type of hackathons which helps to provide the placements.

    The university is nice. The infrastructure and the surrounding are nice. The university has fest and clubs to keep students engaged. Beside this the university has regular hackathons and certificate competition which helps individual to perform and showcase their potential in the field. The university has great faculty and assistant teachers to help us and give the correct path where we want to excel as I am from B.Tech department so I can say that my overall experience was wonderful till now....
