First of all, the life inside the campus is actually very soothing with a nice and green environment. There’s no rush inside the campus. I myself got admitted here just for the name of the campus but after coming here I saw the reality that why it is such an esteemed institution. Here they provide you with the Medical facility free of cost. A card is made upon which even the surgery is free for students. The libraries are so large that a whole department will look smaller in front of it. Facilities of E- library is also available. Teachers and professors are so supportive towards the students. they always share their experiences with students so that we can understand the hardships we are about to face. Hostels and canteen fees are so much minimal that one can compare it with their home.

All sorts of courses are available here. Different languages and courses can be done simultaneously. The most important thing you need here is study and hard work. Fees here is minimal compared to other institutes, free bus for students within campus is available. High scores is what is needed to get enrolled here all the procedures are done online including the counseling and after that one has to reach the department for admission confirmation with all the documents, photos, Aadhar Card, migration certificate, TC, CC, caste certificate, income certificate, etc. Once all that is verified, you become a student at BHU.

The teachers and professors here are so supportive towards the students and their future. They always share their experiences and give advices for the betterment of students. Most of them treat us like a mature person and don't feel like putting any pressure other than the assignments and internals. Teachers are liberal here even if they are the old ones or young ones.

For MA particularly there's nothing as such a Placement cell but yes different other courses are available which will further enhance one’s skills and capabilities for the future purposes like writing skills, speaking skills, computer skills, different languages, diploma, etc.

BHU is the largest university to have the largest number of students residing in campus. So, yes there's a very good facility for the hostels and mess. Basic amenities are provided by the administration by keeping a student's need in the mind. Not something so lavish but yes better than a pg or hostel outside it is and yes, you can always customize your room.

Academic blocks are so much large in number that you may get confused regarding where you came from and where you have to go now. But e-rickshaw's are always there for your help and yes after reaching the department you can always ask the security guard for further help and directions, they are so helpful here.

Fests, seminars and other activities take place almost every another day in different departments regarding different issues. Fest is so breathtaking here. You can join different clubs as per your hobbies and passions but only after an interview, so you have to prove yourself that you are worth it.
