Review on Indian Institute of Technology, Dhanbad

Overall Rating
Generally all know Indian Institute Technology is the best colleges in India which we get after clearing JEE advanced exam. Indian Institute of Technology which is also called as Indian School of Mines is a better college for future and has good scope in the future. The course which I chose that is mathematics and computing is a better course and has job and other scopes in upcoming generations.
 

Academics Rating
The campus academic is very good. For first year we need to study all subjects and have combined sections irrespective of branches and from 2nd year we need to sit and get separated according to our branch. Mathematics and computing branch is a good branch for future generations to get a job. For enrolling in Indian Institute of Technology we need to clear advance and for this program we need to choose after clearing the advance and accordingly with our rank we will get the branch.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty here are very experienced and knowledgeable. Professors are highly qualified. They are having experience more than 15 years. They know how to handle the students and they treat us better and they are friendly in nature. They also have so many theses. They are from different parts of India. Professors update the schedule day to day if any changes are there.
 

Placement Rating
The placements here in Indian Institute of Technology Dhanbad are good. More than ninety percent people get placements with a good packages and good companies. For every branch that is example mining, mechanical, etc. which are lower branches also get good jobs with good packages.
 

Hostel Rating
Here in Indian Institute of Technology Dhanbad we have hostel for every student. College hostel is also a clean. 2 blocks for girls with 9 floors each and 1 block has 20 rooms in each floor. They allow only two persons to a room.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The college campus of Indian Institute of Technology Dhanbad is large campus with 393 acres and with full of greenery. We so many lecture halls in the campus but most of the classes happen in new lecture hall. The buildings are very big and very nice and so many buildings are the old ones which are from 98 old when they are in starting of the campus.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life is very beautiful here. The interaction with the seniors and professors is very nice. Seniors interaction is very memorable. We have fest according to our states and combined also. More than 20 clubs are present here and so many sports are also there. We also have yoga in our college.

    I have experienced a good atmosphere at this university, which helps me to have self-confidence. I opted for this institute as it is in the middle of the town unlike other institutions, which were quite in the outskirts of cities. It also has great facilities like any other IIT and so helps in boosting one's career. It is quite famous and old. It was established in 1926 and so soon, it is going to have a century....     Our institute is one of the oldest institutes with an NIRF rank of 15th in engineering category. It recently was labeled as IIT. The existing institute campus area is about 218 acres consisting of 15 hostels occupied by students enrolled in various courses (Ph.D, B.Tech, M. Tech, etc). Also, there is a Student Activity Centre (SAC) which allows students interested in sports / acting / singing / dancing / swimming to engage themselves in their hobbies.   • Reasons to Choose ECE at IIT (ISM) Dhanbad

    For me, I have just completed my first semester here and starting to fall in love with my institute. The rain and the red color of ISM combine to probably give the best view. Not very big campus but still it seems largest when you are running late for the labs and classes. RD, Mehzban, Dominos, Barista are there to address the food craving monster inside you.     First of all it should be remembered that it's ISM before IIT. Overall experience is better. As a South Indian I felt difficult to connect with Hindi language and also to the food as most of our diet is filled with potato. The experience about studies is good.
