Kirori Mal College B.Com Review By Papu Kishan

I am now pursuing my graduation in the field of commerce in Kirori Mal 2023-27 batch. If I give overall opinion about college then I will say college is the best in every field and in every matter if we talk in the sense of society, campus placement, crowd, canteen, environment, facility, lab academic, cultural fest, and events then Kirori Mal will come at first position.

Academic environment in Kirori Mal is best somehow there is some lacuna in infrastructure. If I talk about the courses provided in Kirori Mal College (KMC) are as follows - Course BA Economics Hons., BA Political Science Hons., BA English Hons., BA Geography Hons., BA Hindi Hons., BA History Hons., BA Sanskrit Hons., BA Urdu Hons., BA Economics and Political Science, B.Sc Chemistry Hons., B.Sc Physical Sciences, B.Sc Physical Sciences with Chemistry, B.Sc Physics Hons., B.Sc Mathematics Hons., B.Sc Botany Hons., B.Sc Statistics Hons., B.Sc Zoology Hons., B.Sc Life Science, B.Sc Applied Physical Science, Analytical Chemistry, B.Sc Physical Sciences, B.Com, B.Com Hons., BA Economics Hons. Entry Requirements - Must be passed 12th standard and should fulfill all criteria and should be passed CUET by taking proper subject combination. Fees -Generally fees started from Rs.12000 to 30000 P.A. As this college provides an opportunity to students to explore something new along with study so you should target this college.

As Kirori Mal College is a part of University of Delhi, so like every college of University, this college also spent lot of money on faculty members for their training skills and equipment. According to internet Kirori Mal College spends Rs.300 crores on its faculty. So from here you can understand what the standard of faculty is. Faculty members are highly experienced and skilled and they are graduated from many reputed institution and they published many national and international journal also. Their teaching style is very friendly in nature and they use modern technology for teaching.

I am not a beneficiary of hostel facility but I heard very good word from my classmates as I seen hostel. It provides a room with electric and Wi-Fi connectivity and there is a dining hall where all hostel students eat food together. Overall Hostel is the best.

Campus is situated within 20 acres of land consisting a playground, a boxing ring, a well maintained gym, pitch for net practice, two volley ball courts, one basketball court, one multipurpose hall two canteen, a boy’s hostel having 180 seats, and the academic building containing different types of departments. Also there are computer E-Library and special facilities for physical handicapped students.

Overall crowd is good especially during student election time, cultural fest, and events. There are many clubs / societies formed within college like commerce society, science club, eco club, etc. Fresher's party is conducted by every department separately once a year and a grand fresher's party is conducted by students union which is full of entertainments give extra enjoyment to the students.
