Good college with decent learning atmosphere and on campus placements

Overall Rating
Overall, I would rate this college 8/10. The best thing about this college is its placement records and the teachers with great education. Adding to this, we have all the basic facilities such as library, canteen etc with a world class campus and discipline. You can surely go for this college as one of the best private colleges in Ranchi.
 

Academics Rating
I am currently in 4th semester of this college and in my course, there are no entry requirements. Only you have to be aleast 12th pass with 60% marks. But from 2024 onwards, you can only apply through cuet only. I personally suggest doing B.Tech instead of BCA as the ratio of placements in B.Tech. It’s better as compared to BCA in this college.
 

Faculty Rating
The teachers are really good in this college. They will teach you good but one thing I don't like about this college is constant change of faculties and teachers. This directly affects our studies. Although teachers are specialized to their course degree and they try their best to get you placement ready.
 

Placement Rating
I am currently studying in 4th semester and placement starts from 5th semester onwards. But placement records last year was outstanding. More than 80% students got placed in Mern Stack. Top companies are TCS, HCL, and Wipro.
 

Hostel Rating
I haven't opted for hostel so I don't know about it. But according to my friend, they take many charges in hostel.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The college infrastructure is great with world class infrastructure and campus. It has two blocks, one is administration block and other is student block. Some buildings are also to be built in future as no of students are increasing. Overall, there is a great infrastructure of the college according to the fee they are taking.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life is also good. The classes run in two shifts. One for the senior batch and other for the junior batch. Many events celebrated in college like tech fests, festivals, annual day, freshers etc. The college also has some industrial tour and many clubs are there such as tech club, Shuterbucks etc. Overall, a true feeling of college life.

    I choose this collage because in Ranchi after BIT Mesra, I found Sarla Birla University to be the one to complete my B.Tech degree. There is no sort of indiscipline or misbehave tolerated. Overall its fine compare to other colleges or university in Ranchi. Exams are taken on time but I didn't like the duration between semesters as they take semester exam in 4 months or three months.     My overall experience in the college was fantastic. I opted for BCA as I wanted to make my career as a front end developer. I wanted to pursue BCA from outside Jharkhand but as my financial condition was not good, I took admission here.     Sarala Birla University is one of the top private universities in Ranchi. The overall experience at the institute is quite good. I had chosen SBU as it has great infrastructure and a very big campus along with good campus records.     My overall experience in this college is average. Because it is good in some aspects like strict discipline, rules, and regulations. Regarding college campus, and mess everything. In 3-3 months semester exams are conducted and no gap is given between the exams. So the students don't get time to revise it's a bad thing.
