• Absence of hostellers between 07:00 PM to 06:00 PM will not be entertained.
• The authorities will not allow the residents to remain within the hostel premises during the class hours i.e., from 09:00 AM to 04:30 PM. However, if there is any medical issue or other valid reason, students can take written permission from the warden.
• Hostellers should avoid mutually exchanging rooms after final allotment without prior consent otherwise they will be liable to face strict actions against them.
• Students found smoking or consuming intoxicated substances inside the premises will be expelled from the hostel.
• Any resident should not involve themselves in unlawful acts like ragging, abusing, teasing, harassing, etc. directly or indirectly as strict legal actions will be taken by the authorities if found guilty.
• Taking the food inside the hostel rooms or cooking is prohibited.
• Any hostel property should not be damaged and the authorities will impose a penalty on the students found doing the same.
• Students should be well-acquainted that they will be solely responsible for their personal belongings and the authorities of Sarala Birla University hostels will not take accountability for any kind of theft / loss.
