JECRC University has a wide green campus which creates fresh environment for students to learn and grow. University holds a lively atmosphere which attracts students. Talking about my experience in JECRC, I got enrolled in Bachelors of Journalism and Mass Communication due to its vision to provide field experience along with the academic knowledge. I was in search of a college which not only teaches me academically but also provides practical exposure. Department of BJMC has various media bodies which helps students perform practically and nourish their skills. The campus of JECRC offers various co-curricular activities which help students in their personal growth.

The eligibility is 12th pass with minimum 60% in any stream. One can apply in this course during the admission tenure via simply filling the form and attaching required documents. My motive for enrolling in this program was that it was giving me an exposure to enhance my skills and learn new skills while practicing on field. If you are someone who holds a keen interest in performing journalism and want to explore the evolving field of mass communication then you can definitely choose this one. As today we all are living in digital era what would be best than learning and ruling the trends of this.

Department of Mass Communication goes by the vision of “We Practice Journalism"; which brings in an evenly balanced study plan involving both bookish and filed knowledge. Faculties here hold an ocean of knowledge and experience within themselves with a friendly and supportive nature. Here you'll find faculties having expertise in their desired field.

Training and Placement Office (TPO) is responsible for conducting placements drives for the students and giving them a pool of opportunities for their bright and growing future. Before the placement drive, they conduct 30 days workshop where they polish the skills of students according to their fields. The sessions involve activities like how to give interview, personal grooming, and understanding industry trends & demands. TPO is the force behind bringing reputed and well known companies in the campus for students.

Infrastructure of the college looks like brick blocks with 3 dedicated blocks classified into law block, admin block and science block. They have fully furnished classrooms. Here you'll find 2 fully equipped libraries with quiet and comfortable sitting area which offers a vast range of books from fiction to nonfiction. Every block here has on e-seminar floor which is well equipped and holds a seating capacity for 200 people.

Campus live here is super lively and filled with lots of opportunity to dive in. From dance clubs to Incubation center, you'll find something and everything to cater your interest. University has its annual fest which is one of the major attractions here. They give you an outstanding 3 day experience, which includes concerts and competition. You get a chance to witness presence of famous celebrity stars here.
