University of Delhi - Outstanding University

Overall Rating
The University of Delhi is an Outstanding University not only in India but also in the world. I enrolled in Bachelor of Art because it was a very good and progressive, and outcome generating course. This course helped me and provided me various opportunities. The Academic learning is perfect. I enjoyed all my classes and studies during my academic session. I learnt many things after coming in this University and gain a lot of experience.
 

Academics Rating
In terms of academics this University is best. The Academic program is relevant and professional. The process and method of learning are very helpful and useful. If anyone wants to enroll in this course then he/she must be 12th pass. The course gives you knowledge of various topics such as economy of India, budget topics, Political knowledge and social knowledge.
 

Faculty Rating
The Faculty of the University is very professional and well qualified. The quality of lectures delivered by the faculties is excellent. However it is sometime very difficult to ask any questions between the classes due to large numbers of students. Faculty members of different departments are also very experienced and they are doctorate level teachers.
 

Placement Rating
The University provides placement to students and various companies visit the University for selecting candidates. However I was not interested hence I have not applied for placements.
 

Hostel Rating
University provides hotels to their students who are from outside Delhi. I am a resident of Delhi hence I was not eligible for hostel facility. However the infrastructure of hostels of University of Delhi is average.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of the University is very attractive and good. The building is attractive and well designed. A lot of facilities are available in the university but still there are various facilities that are required to be provided to the students.
 

Campus Rating
Campus was good. University of Delhi is full of crowd. Students engage themselves in various extracurricular activities such as NCC, NSS, Dance, Music and more. Many student join Student Union and Contest Election. However majority of student focus on taking degree.

    To sum it up this is a new Institute, an initiative by VC of DU, Yogesh Singh. Many may think it is an entirely new Institute, a du version of DTU. Let me tell you FOT existed from around 1940’s. My experience at FOT was kind of mix since it’s relatively new so it lacks many essential things.     Choosing Delhi University (DU) was one of the best decisions that I had made for my higher education. Delhi University is one of the most prestigious Universities in India.     Being a part of the first lot of Faculty of Technology over here at DU, it is like totally a thrill till now for me. Seriously, some days I feel like I am standing on top of the world and other time I feel like what I have gotten myself into. But overall it is a great choice I made to choose this college.     The college Delhi School of Journalism lies in the north campus. It's affiliated under the Delhi University. The college is newly built but is growing rapidly in its course of journalism. The college was inaugurated in 2017. Since then it's creating future journalists. The college offers two courses, FYIPJ ( five years integrated program in journalism) and Masters in Journalism....     Law Center 2 of Delhi University is one of the best Law institutes out there. Its facilities are amazing and so impactful. Many practicing lawyers and famous politicians have graduated from here.
