Overall college review about Techno International New Town

Overall Rating
The first thing is its location. It is located near Biswa Bangla Gate, Newtown. Techno International Newtown college provides many extra curriculum facilities as they have many clubs for extra curriculum activities like coding club, performing art club also there is photography club, craft club, movie club, literature clubs etc. overall along with the academics, the extracurricular activities are also a reason for joining Techno International New Town.
 

Academics Rating
They take admission through WBJEE, JEE MAINS exams and others. According to my point of view I think this department is very active department and is involved in different projects. Teachers are very active to build projects for future help.
 

Faculty Rating
There are many faculties in our department and also in our college. As of my point of view in the IT department, not all but maximum faculty members are very active and 2, 3 faculty members are very supportive as I can say. There are many faculties who organize extra classes for doubt clearing, and maximum faculty members are Ph.D holders. Our HOD is very supportive and also a good human being. Some of the faculty members are highly active in seminar and also many events and hackathon are also organised here for the students.
 

Placement Rating
The placement cell is hard working. Many companies visits and provide a good job to the students. TCS and Capgemini are the mass recruiters for our college. Others company like Wipro, EY, Accenture etc. also visit the campus for providing jobs.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, our college has hostel facilities. I am not living in hostel, so I don't have so much knowledge, but I heard from my friends that the ambience and food is decent in the hostel. But the distance from college to hostel is almost 2 Km.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Our college has 5 floors. Classrooms are decent in the college. But in the 5th floor, our department’s labs are not so good. Many issues are there, but it will be sorted soon I hope. As of now our college don't provide the lift facilities, the entire campus has Wi-Fi connection but sometimes it is quite slow, also our college has canteen, café etc. for good food.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is very engaging. There is many clubs for extra curriculum activities. There is a small field in front of the campus and the campus has a crowded atmosphere. Different Sports fests, tech fest, cultural fest are organised in the college every year.

    TINT Kolkata is very nice. I personally chose this college because it has nice faculty, a nice ground to chill in, and great canteen with absolute best food options. This institute is much affordable than other institutions. The overall experience in this college is very much awesome.     Overall, the infrastructure and crowd of the college is good. Academics wise, faculties are really nice and placements have room for improvement.
