Academic and Activities at IISU Jaipur

Overall Rating
I am a second year student in BBA course. The University is great. The courses of the University are updated whenever there is if any, fees structure is fine even the University offers scholarship to some students. Campus is very good and safe for girls. University even provides bus and hostel accommodation to required students. However, infrastructure and its facilities need to be updated. At the starting, it was called International College for Girls Jaipur.
 

Academics Rating
The motive to be enrolled in this course was to learn about business and how they run. The courses that the University provides are up to date and taught as per the syllabus only. At IIS University Jaipur, exams are held two times in a semester that is mid terms and sem end exam, in a year there are 4 exams.
For BBA course, the fee is around Rs. 1,00,000/- for first year and around Rs. 90,000/- for second year. The admission and registration fees are taken differently and are not included in my first year above. Scholarships are provided if you have scored 95% or above marks in your 12th exam.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members are great. They are very helping in nature. The teachers who teaches me are well educated and experienced in there subject and course that they teach. They teach us through blackboards, PPTs, and even provide us with assignment to complete and even check them properly, tell us to correct our mistakes even. If any student have any issue in any topic than that topic is made clear in the class or separately as the student wise to.
 

Placement Rating
The University has its own Placement and Internship Cell. They provide students with counselling sessions if they want and help them in building strong CVs.
 

Infrastructure Rating
IIS University Jaipur has at least 5 to 6 academic blocks. The structure of the University is good from outside but from inside the building it is still the same old building. The students have access to library and labs. It has 2 seminar halls but very small in size. There is an open-air theatre. We even have 2 canteens at the University.
 

Campus Rating
The overall campus life is ok. It is a girl’s University & it is very safe place for girls. there are different types of clubs in the University. As the main focus is over academics, the events are organised on fewer occasions.

    The IIS University, Jaipur, for me, holds a compatible rank. The institution takes up everything from academics to co-curricular. When I first visited the campus of IISU, I was thrilled like a baby to start my academic journey here. My motive was to achieve a major in Mass Communication alongside a minor in Jewellery Design.     My experience at IISU Jaipur was kind of bittersweet. It is an all girls' University. The faculty and facilities are really well.
