IIS University Jaipur Campus Area is About 30 Acres

Overall experience was good. One of the biggest reasons of choosing this University was its discipline and the campus environment. The faculty was another big reason for choosing this University. It is best as compared to other Universities. If you are looking for a University for study purpose and not only for its vibrant culture than you can choose this University. The environment is pretty decent that you might not find in any other University.

I chose Bachelor in Journalism and Mass Communication. The motive behind this, that I had a huge interest in politics, writing, and editing. On top of that, it is a creative field which comes with endless opportunities. One can always switch from one position to another if they have a good knowledge in that field. If you want to do something creative and don't have the clarity then you can enroll in this course. For admission, the students need to pass their HSC with good percentage. The admission process is pretty simple, you just have to go and talk to the counselor about the course you want to enroll in. The exams include CAs and semester exams every year. The academics will help you in the overall development.

The fee in IIS University was Rs. 1,15,000/- per year. The students also need to pay the transportation and hostel fee if they are opting for it. The scholarship is provided by the University.

The faculty members of my course are pretty good and experienced. Most of them are highly qualified. The teaching methods include group decision, debates, bulletins, etc. They also provide practical knowledge to the students. In the beginning, there were 7 to 8 teachers. Overall, the faculty is good, approachable, and very supportive as well.

Yes, IIS University has a placement cell. They reach to different companies for the internships and the placements. Each year, 50-60% students get placed. The average package offered was 4 LPA and the lowest package is 1.5 LPA. The placement cell is average. If I talk about my placement experience then I don't have any experience about it as during my time there were no placements.

Yes, the University provides hostel facilities to the students. I was a day scholar so I can only provide basic information about it. The rooms are huge and clean. The mess and the quality of the food are good. I don't have any idea about the hostel fee and the rules of the hostel are very strict.

The University is Located in Mansarovar Jaipur. The campus is average; it has lawn and one stage. The campus has 3 auditoriums, a huge library, canteen, etc. The classrooms are average with good seating facility. The University also has transportation facilities, medical room, sports room, etc. My favorite place in this University was the library because I like reading books and I found that place very peaceful.

The overall campus life was amazing. If you are someone who is looking for fun and enjoyment then this University might not be a good option for you. It is a girls University. The events and fests are conducted during the day time only except the fashion show. There are different clubs such as Theatre, Dance, Music, Debates club etc. I was never a part of any of these clubs as they were very time consuming. There is one big fest that happens in a year called Cosmos and some festivals are also celebrated in this University.
