IIS University Jaipur Has Great Learning Environment

Overall Rating
My overall experience was good. IIS University, Jaipur is a prestigious, renowned University. Faculties are helpful and approachable towards students. They provide numerous courses, electives and an exclusive degree. It has remarkable extracurricular activities with balanced academics. They help their students to learn multitasking and management from the very foundation. It was established in 1995 as an 'International College for Girls'.
 

Academics Rating
I am pursuing B.Com. I chose this course because it is enhancing my experience by offering an option for me and to pursue honors specializing in Financial studies, alongside interesting Electives and additional certified courses. My academic experience was neither boring nor tough. Even the eligibility criteria aren’t too high and making it accessible to all aspiring students. The exam schedule is also flexible and reasonable. They rather focus on taking several exams in one semester. Their focus on conducting class activities and presentations. They provide practical knowledge.
University has affordable fee structure and it is definitely worth the experience and exposure they provide. For my course I paid around Rs. 87,000/- per semester alongside a conveyance fee. During admission there is a Rs. 10,000/- as a registration fee. Scholarship is available for the students who scores 90% or above 90% in 12th standard.
 

Faculty Rating
Professors here are highly qualified and mostly have over a decade of experience. They are either have Ph.D or Post Doctoral Fellowship Degree with researched knowledge and ideas that shape the academic life of students with solid foundation. They are reliable and innovative. They provide amenities like E-Library, Library, Books, Websites, Notes, etc. They address doubts of students and even offer extra classes for doubt solving. There are around 300 professors in the Institute. Faculties are approachable and understanding. They build safe learning environment.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, IIS University Jaipur provides placements to the students. They have placement Cell which is a proactive part of the apex body of the Institution. They invite companies to Institution for students to pursue Internships and have job experiences. They help them step into the corporate world with support. They help students groom their profiles and make them ready for their future goals. Placement Cell is working so hard to get their students placed in good companies with good package.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, they provide accommodations named as Aanchal to the students. They provide 4 meals a day. Hostel has a strict disciplined environment with a warden on watch. The hostel has its separate student committee and they celebrate occasions like a family.
 

Infrastructure Rating
It is located in Gurukul Marg, SFS, Mansarovar, Jaipus. The campus is old and built from over a couple decades. The building and classrooms are a bit old. The vibe it brings is new and innovative. The campus has around 8 blocks and all are named in alphabetical order. It has a main stage, a Library, 3 halls, a Basketball court, a Lawn, 2 Canteens, Science Labs, Art Rooms, Music Rooms, Transport office, Stationary, Infirmary etc. It also has an Incubation Center which supports student startups.
 

Campus Rating
My overall campus life is commendable and one-of-a kind. They organise back to back Events, Seminars, Conferences and many more. They keep the campus life lively and interesting. The crowd including faculties, students and staff is supportive. There is a student council that helps in organizing, managing and promoting Events. This council consists of numerous other societies such as, Performing arts, Theatre, Fine Arts, Sports, NCC and many more. They are helping students to learn multitasking and create balance between curricular and extracurricular.

    My experience at IISU Jaipur was kind of bittersweet. It is an all girls' University. The faculty and facilities are really well.
