Graphic Era hill University review

Overall Rating
My preference is for this college was because Graphic Era Hill University is one of the most renowned universities in India. As I live in Uttarakhand it additionally provides me with a 25 percent scholarship which makes it a little affordable to me. There are many courses available in this university which opens many options for students to choose from.
 

Academics Rating
The course which I am doing is Bachelor of Business Administration. I am interested in working in the business field. The eligibility criteria for admission are not that difficult as it only requires a 12th pass certificate from a certified board and a minimum percentage of 50. If you have these you are eligible for BBA.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty of the university is really helpful and understanding as they try their best to give us the required knowledge. Faculties help us in every possible way. The faculty members are really insightful and you can ask them anything you want to know about the subject. Almost all of our teachers and professors hold Ph.D degrees which makes them even more knowledgeable.
 

Placement Rating
We do have a placement cell in our university which opens the door for many emerging start-up ideas. If the idea is really interesting even the university helps and funds the startups.
 

Hostel Rating
We do have residential facilities in our university. They have many hostels for boys and girls. I don't know much about the hostel facilities as I am not residing in hostels.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Our campus is quite big. We have many libraries from where we can issue our books, sit, and read. There are many two buildings in GEHU. We have multiple departments for multiple courses. We also have canteens which makes it a little enjoyable experience with our friends. The classrooms and lecture halls are maintained well and big enough to accommodate many students.
 

Campus Rating
There are many students in our university. The overall experience at the University is quite enjoyable. I don't feel a sense of belonging here. Things like ragging and bullying are strictly banned which makes our college life even better. There are many cultural and social festivals organised by the university one of which is the annual fest 'Grafest'. It is mostly held in the month of May and many personalities join us in the evening also singers do their concerts in this fest.

    I chose this college as I could not clear JEE. If you are from Uttarakhand, you might know about GEHU. It offers academic scholarships to all the students based on their score in class 12th. GEHU offers good placements and is affordable so I chose this college. If you are a student from Uttarakhand, you should go for GEHU as it is quite affordable in comparison to other colleges like UPES, DIT, and others.     Overall Rating
    Decent college with some highly skilled teacher. It has many labs and good equipment. But college campus is situated in very dirty place. There is much garbage and open sever that smells very bad. Sometimes teacher are not available for months and it creates lots of pressure for students. Exam is not very hard. Extracurricular activities keep happening every month. Around 3-4 activities every month. Placement is good for B.Tech, over 80% students get placed but ROI is low in this college....
