IIITA offers B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA and Ph.D. In B.Tech the college offers three branches Information Technology (IT), Electronics and Communication Engineering(ECE) and Information Technology Business (IT-BI). Every year there are different cutoff criteria for students. But for safer cases, an individual must have 98 percentile or above.

All the faculty members of IIIT Allahabad are very well educated. All of them have done Ph.D and have a very command of their subjects. The teaching style varies from faculty to faculty. Some of them have a very polite nature while some are very strict regarding their course, especially the applied science faculties are very strict.

Yes, we have a placement cell in our institute. Yes, the placement cell team approaches the companies and manages the placement process.

Yes, we have residential facilities in our institute. There are 5 boys hostels and 3 girls hostels on the campus. All the hostels are well maintained and have their separate mess.

The infrastructure of IIITA is so well structured. There are three main academic buildings named computer center 1, 2, and 3. All these 3 buildings are fully air-conditioned and consist of all the up-to-date things. These buildings contain different types of labs. They all are fully air-conditioned and have good Wi-Fi.

The overall campus life is good. In IIIT Allahabad there are various societies, and based on your interests you can join them. The cultural societies are "The GeneticX Crew"(Dance Society), "Virtousi"(Music Society), "Rangtarangni"( Drama Society), "Sarasva"(Litrary Society), "Nirmiti"(Fine Arts Society). The Technical societies are GeekHaven, Tesla, and Gravity.
