L.P.U. is a World-Class University!!

Overall Rating
My experience at this university so far has been exceptional. L.P.U. welcomes all its students, across India with open arms. My brother had already graduated out from here. Hence, it was a no brainer for me to choose this university. I am from Andhra Pradesh and there were various universities for me to opt but none of them came close to what L.P.U. offers.
 

Academics Rating
The academics here are exceptional as our course is designed as per real-world industrial demands. We have been taught that the tech businesses will make lots of money in the future. L.P.U. helps us become not just average engineers but exceptional engineers. Our semester lasts just four months as we have 40 off lectures per subject in every semester.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculties are amazing. We are assigned a mentor who monitors and guides our performances. The faculty members are so friendly, no matter how many times you ask them doubts they never get angry and solve all our doubts with ease. The faculties are research scholars here and hold Ph.D degrees.
 

Placement Rating
The placements at L.P.U. are just too good, especially for CSE. It’s common for students get placements in international IT companies. To get placements one should have a percentile of more than 75%.
 

Hostel Rating
The hostels of L.P.U. are great. We have a plethora of options from three seater rooms to single apartments. The fees depend on the type of room one has opted for. A variety of food is provided every day.
 

Infrastructure Rating

Campus Rating
Two types of fests are conducted every year. One fest celebrates the Indian cultures, while the other fest celebrates global festivities.

    To be honest this college was not my first choice I attempted IPMAT exam for admission in IIM Indore but couldn't crack it. So I went through lot of websites on internet and came across LPU. They were providing this course under 15 lakhs whereas other colleges like Nirma had fees up to 30 lakhs. When I came to University I was amazed to see it's beautiful campus, large and surrounded by gardens and trees. People from all over India are there in LPU and there is no ragging.     My overall experience in LPU Jalandhar is average. It has balanced exposure between academics and sports. The factor that made me choose this University is that a lot of companies visit here for hiring.
